We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all wedding stationery packages. To qualify your purchase must consist of invitations with either a Details card or RSVP card, and envelopes (i.e. a minimum three-piece set). Single purchases like Save the Dates or Thank You cards do not qualify unless bought in conjunction with invitations.
Please note we will only cover up to a maximum shipment cost of $200 NZD.

Guidelines
For optimal results in letterpress and foil printing, your artwork must be set up correctly. Please read the requirements carefully:

LETTERPRESS AND FOIL DESIGNS: We need the artwork supplied as vectors. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign for your designs. Avoid Photoshop, as bitmap images tend to produce less crisp results. Large areas of solid colour or reverse-outs are also not recommended, as letterpress excels with text and line work. Ensure all text and shapes are converted to outlines or paths.
CANVA DESIGNS: We are happy to work with your Canva designs however there is a design fee to convert them for you to where we need them set up for printing.
DIGITAL PRINTING: Please provide a print-ready PDF file with 3mm bleed and crop marks.

All text must be no smaller than 8pt.

All lines and strokes should be no thinner than 0.5pt unless otherwise specified.

All line work to be 0.25pt and 100% Magenta (CMYK values: C=0, M=100, Y=0, K=0)

Colour should be set to 100% black (CMYK values: C=0, M=0, Y=0, K=100) unless otherwise specified. For letterpress, please specify the PMS Uncoated colour(s) you wish to use (note that ink is mixed by hand). For foil printing, indicate the foil colour required.
Include a composite PDF for reference when aligning two or more colours.

To receive a proposal/quote, please fill out an inquiry form.
Please note that a proposal/quote does not constitute a booking until it has been formally accepted and the retainer has been paid.
Upon acceptance of your proposal/quote, a 50% retainer is required before any design work or printing can commence. The remaining balance must be paid prior to printing and shipping. For printing only orders, full payment is required before we begin production.
Payments can be made online via credit card, direct credit, or PayPal. Account details are provided on the issued invoices.

A 25% non-refundable fee will be applied for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% non-refundable fee.
In the event that your plans are disrupted due to COVID-19 and printing has already begun, Windmill Press will offer a 10% discount on reprints scheduled for a later date, and your deposit can be transferred. If you choose not to rebook, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Windmill Press does not replicate or reproduce designs from photographs or products created by another designer or printer. We’re happy to use your inspiration as a starting point, transforming it into a unique design that reflects your own vision and style.
As letterpress printing is a handcrafted process, please be aware that ink colours may vary slightly from print to print.
All artwork created by Windmill Press remains the property of Windmill Press.
We reserve the right to photograph all printed material for use on our social media platforms and website. Please rest assured that no personal information, or specific event information, will be posted online until after the event has occurred.

As all semi-custom and custom stationery is made to order, these pieces are unable to be returned or exchanged.
If you discover an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will endeavour to find a resolution.
